Fossa Chocolate

Fossa Chocolate is a chocolate maker rooted in Singapore, with a vision to make every chocolate experience memorable. In our tiny factory, we craft bean-to-bar chocolate in small batches using thoughtfully sourced, fine cacao and ingredients. We work closely with farmers and artisanal producers, turning beautifully fermented and dried cacao beans into fine chocolate through a mix of traditional and unconventional techniques. Guided by our palates and inspired by the world around us, we strive to bring out the best interpretation for your enjoyment.
