FOSTERing Linux was started in September 2006, as the training arm of Keen & Able Computers Pvt Ltd, an open source systems integration company. The aim of starting the training arm, was to ensure quality training to new joinees and to enable Keen & Able to recruit well-trained manpower. Over the years FOSTERing Linux has come to be known as one of the leading training institutes in India in the area of Linux & Open Source, having trained over a thousand students, freshers & IT professionals.
