I've dedicated my career to hiring rockstars across various roles and industries. 🚀 Starting on the agency side, I honed my craft in Executive Search for three years before making the leap in-house. In 2022, I joined Multiverse as the Talent Director, seeing them through Series B-D and scaling the team from 200 to 600 FTE 🦄
I launched Found last year, connecting exceptional talent with the most exciting, innovative businesses. I take on a finite number of clients at any one time to ensure the bar remains high whilst allowing me to be present for my family. Physically at the school gates, mentally when it matters most.
