All change suffers from the same ‘blind spot’ - You cannot be certain what the employees really think and feel about the specific change you want to make. If you don’t know what they really think and feel, you cannot know for certain what needs to be done to ensure that they are both able and willing to make that change. Culture and engagement questionnaires have their place but they are not designed to get behind the ‘masks’ we all wear at work.
