Unbreakable School — a space of education, support, and growth for Ukrainian children in Poland. Unbreakable School is a modern, licensed Ukrainian school established in 2022 by the Unbreakable Ukraine Foundation. Our mission is to ensure that children forced to flee the war in Ukraine continue to have uninterrupted access to quality education in a safe and supportive environment. In 2024, the school was recognized as a winner of the World’s Best School Prizes in the Overcoming Adversity category, as a model of a systemic approach to education during crisis. We operate in four cities: • Warsaw • Wrocław • Kraków • Kyiv We offer four learning models to meet the diverse needs of families: • Full-day in-person education • Hybrid learning (in-person + online) • Fully remote learning • Ukrainian studies component (for students attending Polish schools who wish to continue studying Ukrainian language, literature, history, and geography) Integration of Ukrainian and Polish Education Systems: • Our curriculum meets Ukrainian state standards and is approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine • The school is integrated into the Polish education system • Students receive official diplomas recognized in both Ukraine and Poland • Daily Polish language instruction is provided • Families retain access to government support (800+ payments) • Children receive emotional support and assistance in adapting to new environments Results • In 2024, over 150 of our 160 graduates were accepted into Polish universities • 30–50% of students successfully transition to Polish schools each year We are committed to providing every child with access to quality education and a dignified future — no matter the circumstances.
