Foundations for Living, PLLC emerged from a life-long passion to see other people succeed! For over 20 years, we've partnered with clients to identify areas that need improvement and formulate holistic personal plans for success. Strong Foundations for Living life. We specialize in Mobile Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) provided for attorneys, insurance companies, and workman's compensation cases. The superior difference is that WE come to YOU! We provide skilled Occupational Therapy Services for a variety of diagnoses using a combination of both in-home and tele-therapy visits. These services are accepted on a case by case basis in close collaboration with your referring physician. Daily Living Coach Services are provided via telehealth to address every age and struggle you can imagine! From children (and potentially parents) struggling with the new homeschool environments to having to bring your aging parent home to live with you, and everything mentally in-between… let us help.
