Found Capital is an operations oriented and founder-centric investment advisory firm that works with high growth companies across areas such as fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and general management. Selectively, it takes a minority interest through direct investment and sweat equity arrangements. Found Capital was set up in 2016 by Jigar Shah to assist early-stage companies in capital raises. Jigar is a startup specialist with deep operating and investing experience. He has helped companies scale up, raise capital, execute cross-border M&A transactions (US$ 25 million across India & Turkey) and build global teams. He is also an active angel investor in consumer and consumer-tech startups in India. Jigar has studied entrepreneurial management at S.P. Jain, Mumbai and has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Investment Management from the University of Mumbai.
