I'm Alan Newton, and I have over 25 years of leadership experience across a diverse range of sectors and I succeeded in scaling a startup to multi-million-pound success. I use my experiences to coach founders, leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs to achieve their goals whilst aiming to maintain balance and well-being. My ethos is to focus on empowerment, clarity, resilience, balance, and sustainable growth. I want to help empower you to achieve your goals without sacrificing your authenticity and well-being. We all have an innate wisdom but we can often find it difficult to connect with it and decipher the correct path forward. Connecting with that ‘inner compass’ is critical to our self-fulfilment and attainment of our goals. My focus is on helping you to connect with and trust that inner compass, your founders compass.
