At founders2, we aim to ensure the successful, long-term application of what you learn. That’s why we commit to teaching, guiding, and supporting you over 24 months. We believe this to be a realistic time frame for sustainable growth of your company and of you as a leader. Your mentors will be seasoned, successful entrepreneurs with real-world experience. Additionally, we leverage the power of peer-to-peer learning. Every two months, we meet in person for a full day of training with your mentors and peers. In between, we hold half-day online coaching sessions each month to track your progress and discuss how you and your peers are applying the concepts to your daily business. By bridging mentorship with immediate real-world application, founders2 equips startups with the essential tools to grow and thrive.
