Founders Amplified is a global platform and movement committed to amplifying underrepresented founders driving innovation and impact worldwide. By sharing authentic stories of incredible underrepresented founders, we aim to inspire everyone to be more innovative and impactful in all that they do. We are unique in the inclusive nature of who we amplify. Here are some examples: 1. We define "underrepresented" broadly and feature people who hold at least 1 underrepresented identity in a relevant context (gender, race/ethnicity, migration status, country of origin, age, nationality, etc.). 2. We are inclusive in how we define "founder," including entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and other creators in any sector (public, private, etc.) with a launched venture of any type (for-profit, non-profit, consultancy, program, etc.) and at any age or stage. 3. We invite innovation in all its forms, recognizing that this looks different in different places. 4. We welcome all forms of positive impact made by anyone, anywhere.
