***Launching September 2025*** The Foundry is a Cotswolds-based business network for female founders who are ready to lead with confidence, scale with intention, and grow businesses that make a meaningful impact. We exist to solve the problem of isolation and overwhelm that many women face as they navigate the space between the staff room and the boardroom - without access to the strategic thinking, courageous leadership, and in person community support needed to grow sustainably. At The Foundry, we help women forge clarity in their vision, take courageous action, and contribute to each other’s success, redefining what it means to succeed in business on their own terms.
