Four Grand-Mère, who are we? who are we? We're a French manufacturer who's been a specialist in wood-fired cooking for over 40 years. More specifically, we're a leader in the design and manufacture of wood-fired ovens for professional and private use, indoors and outdoors. Since 1981, Four Grand-Mère has been an internationally recognized expert, and our products can be found in over 50 countries around the world, thanks to our wide range of wood-fired and wood/gas ovens. Our workshops manufacture ovens for private individuals, pizzerias, restaurants, food-trucks, and larger ones for bakers and the food industry. Four Grand-Mère has complete in-house control over the manufacture of the products we offer. We can be involved right from the design stage of your project, with our in-house design office, right through to on-site installation. Our furnaces are 100% made in France, exclusively manufactured with French materials. Four Grand-Mère's rare know-how and excellence have earned it the French government's “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” (Living Heritage Company) label. And last but not least, our ovens are guaranteed for up to 10 years for private customers and 5 years for professionals.
