Fourth Ward CLT

Fourth Ward CLT, is comprised of Fourth Ward Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)3, and Friends of Fourth Ward Neighborhood Association. As all-volunteer organizations, both are dedicated to the development and preservation of Charlotte’s Uptown’s historic Fourth Ward. We have helped to create residential interest, investment, and increased property values. Fourth Ward CLT is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is approximately 30 city blocks, this stately neighborhood is bordered by the Tryon Street business and entertainment district, the historical Elmwood Cemetery, and lively Trade Street. It is anchored by the beautiful Fourth Ward Park. Wandering through narrow tree-lined streets, visitors delight in seeing the grand old Victorians with gingerbread millwork, charming front porches, and courtyard gardens. See Less
