Fourthane started operations in 1995, developing an original product with Chilean patent and formulation.
Fourthane currently has a broad range of products and services focused on maintaining, protecting and repairing conveyor belts, concentrator plants and SAG Mills, contributing greatly to the operations while improving the equipment's availability.
Fourthane is the biggest technological innovation in the last thirty years and a reflection of this is seen in having received in 2012, the best industrial innovation in Chile award. The Avonni awards look for projects that improve the quality of life with ideas that are absolutely Chilean.
In 2013, Fourthane was also given an award by Pro Chile (Foreign Affairs Institution in charge of promoting exports of the country's products and services), receiving the recognition of this important institution as an exemplary Chilean company, gaining the "Innovative Enterprise" title.
In 2009, Fourthane expanded its operations abroad, successfully managing to position the company in the main mining markets around the world. Currently, Fourthane has presence in more than 27 countries.
