Fox Capital is an owner-managed consulting firm for Real Estate (Transactions and Financing), Corporate Finance and M&A Transactions. We deal with the purchase and sale of larger real estate properties to institutional investors as well as with the structuring of Acquisition Financing (i.e. the financing of the purchase of properties) and the financing of real estate project developments. Another focus of our activities is corporate finance, i.e. the financing of companies, for example through IPOs, corporate bonds, etc... As debt advisors and corporate finance consultants, we advise our clients on all key aspects of financing, particularly in the areas of equity, mezzanine, bridge financing, whole loan, corporate bonds, IPOs, stock exchange listings and the classic bank loan. We assist in negotiations with the capital partners, in the preparation of the essential documents and coordinate the complete negotiation process.
