We aim to create a safe and trusting school environment by improving staff, students, family, and community relationships through Restorative Practice strategies within the school’s learning community by enhancing student and staff connections and cultivating a positive culture and climate within K-12 school settings. Our professional development sessions are tailored to support a positive school culture and climate and are designed to be flexible. We base our sessions on an initial needs assessment and offer virtual and in-person training. This adaptability allows us to meet the diverse needs of educators and administrators, ensuring that our sessions are accessible and effective.
