Our workshops create space to reflect on how tech use is affecting your – and your organisation’s, (& community's or family's) - day to day health and performance, then use this information to devise experiments, and patterns of behaviour that increase our focus and purposefulness.
The Foxglove // Digitalis team are experienced coach / facilitators who have researched healthy digital tech use and holding workshops in person and online since 2017.
The workshops lead to less presenteeism, higher productivity, healthier employees and organisations – and the impacts extend to relationships in our communities and families.
Research in the last 5 years has focussed on the ‘attention economy’ (“Attention is a resource—a person has only so much of it." – Matthew Crawford, University of Virginia) and the impact that digital tech can have on our health, productivity & creativity.
We know that tech is great when we use it well and that the technology we use sometimes controls us, rather than the other way around.
This is especially true in these times of massively increased hybrid working: how often should we unplug for improved personal productivity, health, relationships, work balance, or creativity?
