World leader in the design & manufacture of custom isolators for ADCs, HPAPIs and sterile: 1,600 systems over 45 countries for R&D, pilot or commercial applications. We are dedicated to Pharma, Biotech and Fine Chemicals. We have the industry largest engineering design team for custom isolators. Our US Office are in the Philadelphia area and our 80K sf plant is in Italy. We also have our own line of jet mills and mechanical mills for particle size reduction. Our PhD staff has completed over 400 milling & micronization trials in the ISO8 suites of our Micronization Excellence Center (MEC). ADC or HPAPI isolators: Custom isolators down to nanogram containment levels for HPAPI production, dispensing, formulation, processing, sampling and packaging. Sterile isolators: Custom hard-wall isolators are used for biologics manufacturing processes such as process vessel charging/discharging, dispensing, milling or micronization, aseptic filling and sterility testing. For other sterile applications we can offer RABS, flow booths and pack-off systems. Micronization & Milling systems: Our micronization systems include both Spiral Jet Mills and Loop Mills and can achieve Final Particle Size between 3 and 30 microns. Our PinMills will produce PSD between 30 and 100 microns. These systems are customized with dedicated feeding, final powder collection and filtration units. They can also be integrated into a custom designed isolator when the product is potent.
