FQ Lounge at SMU

In alignment with the mission of The Female Quotient and SAP Next-Gen, the FQ Lounge @ SMU creates a unique experience for college women to prepare them to thrive in the workplace and cultivate the career they want. The space builds community among young women at SMU, as well as forms a global network of next-generation female leaders. The FQ Lounge @ SMU creates experiential events at SMU where women connect, collaborate, and activate change together to best prepare women with the confidence to advance in the workforce (i.e. professional headshots, guest speakers, LinkedIn workshops, hair, and makeup styling, etc.). There are 3,800 universities that host an FQ Lounge as well as 100,000 members of The Female Quotient who will be our peers and mentors. The FQ Lounge also hosts a podcast where we will conduct interviews and give out tips on how to best prepare yourself for life after college. Any SMU student is welcome to join the FQ Lounge @ SMU and/or attend meetings.
