Our Technicians also specialize in brow shaping, allowing for a total eye makeover experience for our clients.
Fracassi Lashes was originally established in Rochester NY and currently has two locations in this city; one located on Monroe Ave in the heart of the city’s Art District and the other in the Greece Ridge Center Mall, one of Rochester’s premier shopping malls. Fracassi Lashes now has a third location in Manhattan NY.
