In a fractal, each part mirrors the whole, regardless of scale. FRACTAL:ZERO embodies the idea of self-replicating structures, where the smallest unit functions autonomously but remains connected to the larger system. Inspired by RenDanHeyi, the F:0 model of the organization is decentralized into micro-enterprises, each operating independently with direct accountability to the customer. The Zero in FRACTAL:ZERO aligns with the Rendanheyi principle of zero distance from the customer. At F:0, the aim is to eliminate any barriers between employees and users, empowering individuals and teams to respond directly to customer needs. This is mirrored in the concept of fractals, where every small unit (or micro-enterprise) functions as an independent entity, directly connected to the core purpose of serving the customer. F:0 represents this idea of minimizing distance and creating direct, unfiltered interactions between employees and the users they serve.
