At Fractionum we help unaccredited investors make their first commercial real estate investment by managing and operating the properties on their behalf. We believe real estate is one of the most lucrative asset investment categories, but often times people in the 18-40 year old, hourly wage, or low income categories are unable to invest in it because they can't afford the down payment and carrying the mortgage. We allow people to invest as little as $1 in individual properties through fractional ownership in holding companies.
