Fra Grums til Gourmet er en andelsvirksomhed som dyrker østerhatte i kaffegrums i to containtere på Aarhus Havn. Vi henter kaffegrumsen hos lokale cafeer og sælger det tilbage til gourmet resturanterne i
Aarhus.
Vores andelsvirksomhed handler om skabe en lokal cirkulær forretning og være det første eksperimentarium for udviklingen af svampes egenskaber.
Vi vil skabe et sted, hvor svampes produktpotentialer kan afprøves i virkeligheden og være et showcase for brugen affald som en ressource.
