Unlike the traditional virtual-only existence, it has a real-world legal structure called a DAO LLC registered in the Marshall Islands. Fraktiq is the first ever NFT project to tokenize a physical art piece into fractions, allowing owners to co-direct, curate, promote, and preserve art through an art DAO.
