The Transformative Team Building Event

FrameQuest is a transformative team building event. THE PURPOSE FrameQuest will improve team dynamics and individual contribution, while reinforcing a culture of high performance. It will bring your people together to develop 'breakthrough' thinking skills, improve resilience and challenge assumptions of what is possible. FrameQuest can be adapted to support your current strategic plan, challenges and initiatives. THE PROCESS FrameQuest facilitators deliver a 3.5 hour experiential training session at your site or venue. It involves teams of 8, each tasked with constructing a frame using wooden slats. The goal for each team is to assemble the frame in the fastest possible time. Participants will be on their feet, actively moving and interacting as they solve a complex problem in a challenging time frame. THE PAYOFF During the debrief, we link the FrameQuest experience to behaviors including: resilience, determination, co-operation and accountability. FrameQuest will become a common reference point for your employees. When they face a tough challenge, the 'breakthrough' thinking process will help them through it.
