The firm was originally founded in 1988 as Lindmark Welinder. In 2023 we transitioned to Fram, meaning “forward” in Swedish. Our attorneys are experts in Swedish and international business law. We have extensive experience working with, among others, large-scale organizations, start-ups, and public-law corporations. Simply put, we offer a combination of expertise in commercial contract law with specialties in a number of legal areas of practice and industries. Our main areas of practice include dispute resolution, corporate law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), employment law, public procurement, foundations and private legal. We operate on an international playing field and, as member of Ally Law, we can easily move beyond borders and provide legal support to our clients in 75 + jurisdictions.
