Franchise Valuations

Most people at some time need a valuation of their franchise, be it for Divorce, Partnership split, Estate planning, or to sell or buy. Many mistakes are made at this stage; I bring reality to the scene and engage in the education process as buyers and sellers do not do this on a regular basis-I do ! Also started working with buyers and sellers for Ophthalmic, Medical and Veterinarian Practices. Got into this quite accidentally. Very interesting, and has much in common with my valuation experience in Franchising. It's all about the numbers.....
