Elizabeth Gillam founded Franchisee Success in 2013. In founding this business she systemised all processes of her mentoring program. She predominately works with franchisees who are entering a small but rapidly growing food franchise system. The first part of her programme takes future franchisees through a 9 step due diligence process to ensure they are making an informed decision. In the second part of the program she teaches franchisees how to ACE their business through a six step process that when completed allows the franchisee to see in as little as 5 minutes each morning if their business is on track.
She has developed the first part of this method into an online program – The Franchise Buyers Kit. She is currently in the process of making the second phase, the ACE your business 6 step programme into an online course. Currently this programme is delivered face to face or via Skype
Elizabeth has also outlined her method in a self-published book “Upsize your Profit”. Currently available on Amazon (US UK and Australia); and picked up by Barnes & Noble Fishpond and Foyles.
