Francis is an expert in full sales life cycle management from market development strategy, lead ,pipeline generation, business requirements analysis, solution development, shaping customer proposals to demonstrate value and presenting and negotiating at board level. Francis has systematically honed in his skills in negotiating, building trust, understanding client requirements and distilling technical solutions to meet business needs. He wants to use these key sales skills to help small to medium size businesses to compete against larger sizes within their niche, through working smarter and not harder.
