Together with our customers, we aim to make smarter use of energy, enabled by our services and assets. This saves costs for the customer and contributes to the energy transition. With our services we aim to give the customer control over energy usage. Our Frank Energy app offers: - Real-time energy prices. - Monthly overview of expected vs actual expenses. - Extensive breakdown of energy costs. - Push notifications on low prices. - Self-service of the contract. Smart solutions Smart charging & smart use of home batteries – using our intelligent algorithm we schedule EV car’s/home batteries charging sessions to charge during the most cost-effective hours. Allowing customers to take advantage of the lowest electricity fares but also promotes the use of cleaner, greener energy sources while alleviating strain on the power grid.
