Frank Impact

Frank !t provides services to Impact Investment and International Development market leaders. We work with businesses looking to raise impact investing capital. Activities include developing investment proposals (including due diligence, business plan development, financial modelling, deal structuring, legal agreements, ESG, impact road mapping) and going to market to raise funding. Frank !t has a key client contract with PwC working on The Impact Programme, DFID's flagship impact investing programme with CDC in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. The programme aims to catalyse the markets for impact investment in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia to stimulate investment into businesses that benefit poor and low-income people through improving access to affordable goods and services and enabling income generating opportunities at the BOP. We collaborate with international consultancies and development institutions to develop project concepts and project proposals, evaluate and review projects, and carry out ecosystem mapping.
