Welcome to the Franklin Mill Store. We are a third generation family business started in 1946 by our grandfather Leo Murray, who opened a storefront in his woolen mill to sell remnants to the public. Since then our store has expanded to include specialty and designer fabrics for clothing and quilting, beautiful ribbons and trims, gorgeous yarns, Husquarvarna sewing machines, and a full service home decorating department.
Now run by two sisters who share a passion for fabric and design, along with their enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. We offer a large and unique selection of fabrics, fibers, gifts and books, as well as classes and workshops in a variety of arts and crafts. We hope you'll visit and discover the treasures we have here at our mill at the railroad crossing.
