Advisory Services Our Advisory Services include: - Dispute Strategy & Resolution: Advice to clients on how to win complex commercial disputes (or exit from them as cost effectively as possible) and manage regulatory investigations. - Infrastructure & Operations: Advice to clients on Event Driven transactions and associated Operations - Regulatory & Risk Management: Advice to clients on Supply Chain Risk Evaluation, Counter Party Default Management, Regulatory Change Management, Trading Environment, Systems & Controls and Policy Reform & Regulatory Implementation. - Corporate Affairs & Crisis Management: Advice to clients on Risk Management, PR and litigation risk. Although our people have specialist qualifications, they are not defined by them.
