We routinely assist with: severance package reviews and negotiations, wrongful dismissal actions, constructive dismissal actions, human rights complaints, unjust dismissal complaints, contract negotiations and disputes, non-competition and non-solicitation clause disputes, grievance/arbitration, and duty of fair representation complaints.
We emphasize a collaborative approach to legal support and representation. We work “with” employees and other workers by listening to them, understanding their concerns, evaluating their legal and non-legal options and jointly devising strategies with them. Our services range from providing objective third party opinions and advice to providing full representation to employees and other workers before all levels of Court and Administrative Tribunals.

When we are not litigating, we develop and deliver training courses aimed at empowering workers, participate in broader community-based law reform initiatives, and provide “behind the scenes” support to a number of organizations that are committed to protecting workers’ interests.
