Franzeluța is the largest bakery in the Republic of Moldova. It was founded on November 25, 1957, and has over 2000 employees. The enterprise includes three bread factories and a pasta factory.
Franzeluța has an assortment of more than 700 names of production, with more than 120 bakery products, 50 pastry products, 80 confectionery products, and more than 20 flour pasta products, which are manufactured daily. The company produces 150-160 tons of bakery and confectionery products daily. It has a share of about 70 percent of the Moldovan market, and 40-55% of its production is exported to countries such as Germany, Greece, Romania, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Estonia, USA, Canada, Australia, and Israel.
