The extent of services provided depends on Client requirements and can include: design and specification only; design, specification and supervision; through to full Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM). Projects include: scoping studies, pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, new projects, plant modifications and upgrades and plant relocation, special purpose machinery design, infrastructure and environmental designs.
Fraser-Lever is focused on providing a comprehensive, high quality service and can cater for all stages of projects from project conception through to operations handover.
Fraser-Lever Pty Ltd is a newly formed business resulting in the merger of two widely experienced engineering businesses; Fraser-Osborn Pty Ltd and Lever (Aust) Pty Ltd. Fraser Osborn was established in 1985 and has serviced mining, government etc etc client for over 30 years and Lever (Aust) Pty Ltd was established in 2009 and has serviced primarily the mining industry.
To this end, our company has been certified as an ISO9001 Quality Assured Business. To further our commitment to sustainability in our work place and in the services and equipment we provide to our clients our Environmental Management System is certified to ISO14001 and our Occupational Health and Safety system is certified to ISO45001.
