Four Focused Locations with Leaks detected on Base Metal of Casting Lower Manifold. Vendor QC Team has issued an NCR, and per Customer Disposition the Lower Manifold Casting and all components welded to it have been replaced by Vendor. After Replacing of referenced ítems, Hydrotest has been conducted again per Project Documents, with No leaks and No Pressure Drops Detected. See Photos on Leaks as originally Detected.
