Kanalbyen i Fredericia er både navnet på byudviklingsprojektet, partnerselskabet bag byudviklingen og selve byudviklingsområdet. Kanalbyen bliver en helt ny bydel, der skal åbne den gamle fæstningsby til vandet. Ambitionen er at skabe op mod 2.800 nye arbejdspladser og omkring 1.000 boliger i en levende bydel med direkte adgang til Lillebælt.
