Fred’s Team, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center's (MSK) running program, gives every runner the opportunity to add more meaning to their miles by raising money for lifesaving cancer research at MSK. Athletes of all abilities compete in marathons and other events worldwide to raise money for the area of cancer research that means the most to them.
100% of the money raised goes directly into the labs at MSK, where groundbreaking discoveries are making a real difference for people around the world. Our runners have raised over $113 million since Fred’s Team was founded in 1995.
Official events include the TCS New York City Marathon, United Airlines NYC Half, Virgin Money London Marathon, and BMW Berlin Marathon. Fred’s Team runners are given the ultimate experience with exclusive race-day benefits as well as a comprehensive training program and dedicated coaches.
