Free2BMe was founded in January 2022 to bring neurodivergent and neurodiversity-affirming practitioners and services together so that it would be easier for neurodivergent clients to access the kind of therapeutic support they need. We understand that having a neurological difference often means a different, more individualised approach is needed to get the best from counselling, psychotherapy and coaching.
We actively seek out practitioners and trainers who are themselves openly neurodivergent. In our experience, this can add an important dimension to the therapeutic or coaching relationship, helping our clients feel understood and validated in terms of what it's like to cope with a neurotypically-designed world when you experience and process the world in a different way.
We offer adapted, tailored counselling, therapy and coaching for autistic people, ADHD, specific learning difficulties such as dyspraxia/dyslexia/dyscalculia, Tourette's Syndrome, complex trauma, bipolar, brain injuries, learning difficulties, long-term mental health problems and chronic illness.
