Freediving Central is Australia's leading freediving school! What sets Freediving Central apart from other schools is that we have removed the ‘normal’ course environment from our courses and take away any pressure to perform. Our courses and trips are a very relaxed and fun environment, and we are usually laughing all day long. We find our style naturally helps people to relax which in turn gives them the confidence to dive deeper, hold their breath longer and achieve their personal goals. We genuinely care about our students and see Freediving Central as a social community where friendships are made.
