Freedom Holding is a leading brand operating in the real estate and finance brokerage sector. It was established as a strategic partnership between two leaders in real estate brokerage: Freedom in the Polish market and Otthon Centrum in the Hungarian market. The collaboration was formed on April 3, 2023. Freedom is one of the largest real estate office networks, offering comprehensive services to both individual and business clients. The holding operates in two segments: The Business Line of Freedom's own branches, with offices in Warsaw, Olsztyn, and Krakow. The network of own branches employs 50 specialists, and its property portfolio consists of around five hundred properties. The Franchise Business Line includes 60 branches located in major Polish cities such as Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Poznań, and Wrocław, as well as smaller cities like Piła, Ełk, and Kalisz. Freedom's franchise has been in operation since 2013, and the franchise branches employ nearly five hundred agents. The property database comprises 3,500 offers from all over Poland. Freedom Holding focuses on development in three areas: Market Leadership - Vertical business development and building brand recognition and positioning Freedom as the leading brand in the real estate and finance brokerage sector. Complementary Offer - Expanding the B2C customer offering by increasing the property portfolio, as well as providing specialized knowledge to franchise partners on running a profitable business and local promotion. Technology - Utilizing digital solutions in customer service to create positive buying and selling experiences, as well as implementing tools for advisors to enhance their efficiency. Ambition: To become the most recommended brand in the real estate brokerage sector in Poland.
