When providers send a referral to FMC, the patient is contacted within one business day to coordinate an in-home evaluation, and assigned a personal Case Manager who specializes in working with the patient's specific health insurance. This ensures each referral is processed quickly and with the highest probability of insurance approval for the equipment being ordered.
