Freedom of Mind is a Bristol based voluntary organisation which runs events about mental health and emotional wellbeing. We have a proactive rather than reactive approach, encouraging engagement from all members of the community whether or not they have suffered from poor mental wellbeing.
Since 2016 we have run an annual festival in Bristol, with a series of events all covering different topics related to mental health. From Spoken word to Panel Discussions, DJ nights to dog walks, there is something for everyone!
