Freehold Finance is dedicated to the art and science of financial modeling for improved decision making. We believe that decision makers must directly confront the uncertainty they face and therefore techniques such as Monte Carlo Simulation need to be included in the decision making process. To further the use of Monte Carlo simulation and quantitative finance outside of their traditional domains we develop example models and post them on our website. Particular areas of interest include real estate modeling, real options analysis and decision analysis.
