Freidheim Capital is a private family office that invests across the asset class spectrum. In private equity investments, specifically, Freidheim Capital partners with relationships that have been developed over the past three decades to deliver on the promise of an investment. We seek situations where we can leverage our capital in several ways, including: - Financial leverage; - Operational leverage; - Alignment of operational imperatives with ownership; and - Capital protection through transaction structure. Investments include direct investments and co-investments. Investment theses may originate from either Freidheim Capital or a network relationship. All investments benefit from an extensive actionable network of relationships which includes the most senior levels at capital providers in the hedge fund, private equity and family office segments, in the corporate world; and with the investment banking industry. Freidheim Capital also provides advisory in connection with certain transactions.
