I track and report shipment status to customers, manage multiple deliveries, process spot requests, develop new strategies to improve transportation, and resolve freight discrepancies in a timely manner.
We use load board platforms such as Truckstop and DAT to provide carriers with available shipments, and Trucker Tools to track and locate shipments for on-call updates. Our CRM is powered by Tallgrass Freight Company to provide rate confirmations, BOL, and PODs. Freight Connect LLC partners with Tallgrass Freight's back office to accommodate our shippers and consignees with finance, credit apps and other key administrative duties.
