Nettverk for helsefremmende samfunn (fremsam) skaper lokalsamfunn som fremmer gode liv for alle innbyggere. Vi er et nettverk av og for kommuner og fylkeskommuner, og en del av WHO Healthy Cities. The Norwegian WHO Healthy Cities Network consists of the municipalities and counties that put health promotion high on their work and social planning.
