After working in property management for a number of years I have seen the standard of work that needs to be provided to all customers, and I proceed to inspect all jobs completed by Fresh Facility Services to ensure they are up to the standard I would expect as a Property Manager or client. This means any issues are picked up quickly and reported back to the property manager for action, as well as providing regular updates and photos when needed as part of our service. We also tailor our contracts to the client's needs, so we can include for monthly window cleaning, quarterly pressure washing or even yearly carpet cleaning, all to be included in an annual contract to help spread the cost for the owners.
