Clear damaging misconceptions (for instance – yes, us members of Gen Z do actually have a work ethic)
Empower and build confidence for Juniors making their way into the industry
FRESH MINDS WILL:
Provide a soundboard, support you on your writing and communicating and opinion (if needed)
Release your writing -backed by a community is a lot easier than putting yourself out there alone.
Find an audience that WANTS to hear those thoughts and connect them to the writers.
Offer you the the option of anonymity (some of us are still scared, it’s OK)
